The Noyo Harbor Lit Boat Parade is on the 29th at 7:00 PM. Organizers are asking for more “lit boat” entries, offering participants 10% off December or parade night slip rentals, a local eatery gift certificate, and a chance to win a prize basket. Santa will be ferried to Sea Pal Cove for photos until 9:00 PM. There’ll be live music at Sea Pal Cove from 6:00-9:00 PM, and then an after-party from 8:00-10:00 PM with seasonal drinks and more live music. The Noyo Harbor Holiday Market will be in the Sea Pal parking lot
