A DUI and hit-and-run crash at Xabatin Park on Wednesday resulted in a felony arrest. Lakeport Police responded to the 3:21 p.m. collision, which escalated into a verbal fight. The suspect fled but was quickly located nearby. Field sobriety and breath tests led to the driver’s arrest for felony DUI, felony hit-and-run, and driving without a license. Open alcohol containers were found in the vehicle. Names were not released.
