A new report from the Mendocino County Civil Grand Jury has exposed widespread issues with how the Planning and Building Services department handles permitting and enforcement. According to MendoFever, the report said that without clear and concrete policies and procedures, the Department is setting the stage for another catastrophic fire safety event, leaving residents and first responders highly vulnerable.
