The CalFire Mendocino Unit reminds residents in the Shamrock Ranch area near Laytonville that controlled burns of chaparral and understory vegetation within oak woodlands and mixed conifer habitats will continue through the end of the day on May 9th. Smoke and aircraft may be visible in the area during operations.
