The Clearlake Police Department has announced that two people reported missing have been found. Matthew Vicchione and juvenile Xavier Newman have been located safe. 15-year-old George Guardino is still missing. George is a white male juvenile, about 6 feet tall and 150 pounds, with red or brown buzz cut hair, brown eyes, and possibly wearing a white tank top and black checkered pajama bottoms.
