Three people have been arrested in the Upper Lake area after a traffic stop turned up a large amount of dispensary-type marijuana products, packaging for those products, and a large amount of cash. Mamar Aljazara, 53, Illinois, Mohanad Maali, 48, Illinois, and Ali Salem, 47, Illinois, were all arrested on charges related to illegal marijuana sale, possession, and transportation.
