A stretch of Hwy 1 near the Garcia River is closed due to flooding between Point Arena and Manchester. The closure starts south of Miner Hole Road near Point Arena and Mountain View Road in Manchester. Eureka Hill Road and Moutain View Road are suggested routes for those traveling between Point Arena and Manchester. Expect to add at least an hour to your commute.
