The Clearlake City Council meets at 6 pm on Thursday and will consider a resolution granting consent to the county of Lake to establish the Lake County Hospital Improvement District, after hearing a report at the beginning of the month from the Adventist Health Clear Lake regarding establishing a hospital district in the county.
