The Lake County Sheriff’s Office reports that a former Lake County correctional deputy has been arrested on charges of sexual misconduct with a female inmate at the jail. Anthony Orion Miller, 37, of Marysville was arrested on Wednesday. The charges stem from a report in May of misconduct that had occurred in 2022. An investigation was begun and Miller was identified as the culprit. Miller surrendered himself and was taken into custody in Yuba County. He was booked into the Yuba County Jail on a $10K bond.
