Early Saturday evening, officers were called to a domestic dispute for the second in a short time. They encountered Cletus Manuel Rouillard, 21, who became agitated and confrontational with another party, violating a restraining order. Officers attempted to restrain Rouillard and advised him that he was being arrested, he then became physically violent with the officers, causing injuries to both of them.
