At its meeting on Wednesday, Deputy City Manager Shannon Riley told the Ukiah City Council there was no additional update on the Palace Hotel. The owner of the building has applied for a demolition permit and it has been approved pending certain submittals that haven’t been completed yet. A member of the public requested that the topic be put on the agenda for the Council to allow for public discussion.
