A Ukiah man has been arrested for making threats. Ukiah Police responded to a report of a man committing vandalism. The female resident said that Kevin A. Leonard had kicked her door multiple times, then fled before officers arrived. Prior to that, Leonard had sent her texts of a photo of a revolver and threats against her. UPD officers searched Leonard’s home, where the revolver and more than 400 rounds of ammunition were found. He was arrested, and given a $150,000 bond enhancement, due to a prior felony conviction.
