The Lake County Board of Supervisors at its meeting tomorrow morning will consider the formation of a new municipal advisory council to serve Kelseyville and the Big Valley area. The board is also scheduled to hear Higher Ground Farms’ appeal of the Planning Commission’s Jan. 11 denial of its cannabis operation, proposed to be located next door to the historic Kelsey Creek Schoolhouse. That hearing may be continued until April 23.
