A cattle truck crash east of Clearlake Oaks on Highway 20 Sunday night caused the roadway’s closure for a few hours. The wreck east of Mule Skinner Road near Walker Ridge Road had cattle loose on the road. Livestock and heavy tow trucks worked the cleanup of the crash. The roadway was opened early this morning. The crash is the second overturned semi on that stretch of Highway 20 in the last few months.
