A flood watch remains in effect through tomorrow for most of Mendocino County. There is also a flood warning for the Russian River area near Hopland. A wind advisory is in effect through today, winds of 30 to 40 mph gusting to 55 mph are possible. Along the coast, a high surf advisory will be in effect this evening through tomorrow night.
