A flood watch remains in effect through tomorrow for most of Mendocino County. Rain is expected to continue through tomorrow night. Land and rock slides are possible in some areas, as is flooding in low-lying areas. There is also a flood warning for the Russian River area near Hopland. A wind advisory is in effect through today, winds of 30 to 40 mph gusting to 55 mph are possible. Along the coast, a high surf advisory will be in effect this evening through tomorrow night. Dangerous surf conditions will exist and mariners are advised to stay in port if at all possible.
