An elderly man riding his bicycle on North State Street in Ukiah fell off that bike yesterday afternoon and later died. First responders were on the scene quickly, performing CPR on the unidentified man, but to no avail, the man was pronounced dead at the scene. The Mendocino County Deputy Coroner was called to the scene.
