The City of Fort Bragg has hired a new City Manager. MendoFever reports Isaac Whippy has been with the city for the last seven years, making the U.S. his home after earning his degree in accounting and economics at the University of the South Pacific and moving from his native Fiji. He’s worked as Finance Director, overseeing the city budget and has also overseen the city’s IT department. He will continue to do so until he takes over as City Manager January 3rd.
