Construction on the area’s seasonal outdoor ice skating rink, “Ukiah on Ice,” begins next week. The city announced the work will start on November 20th, in the 300 block of South School Street in downtown Ukiah. It’ll open to the public on December 2nd and will be open daily through Sunday, January 14th, including holidays. That block will be closed to parking and traffic from November 20th through around January 22nd, depending on weather conditions.
