The Mendocino County Sheriff’s Office has discovered human remains near Bauer Ranch Road and Mendocino Pass Road. A hunter discovered what appeared to be human bones, as well as an out-of-state photo id of an adult male near the bones. An investigation into the identity of the remains is underway. Anyone with information is asked to contact the Mendocino County Sheriff.
