PG&E Warns of Possible Public Safety Power Shut Off

A forecast of possible high winds today and tomorrow has prompted a Public Safety Power Shut Off or PSPS. PG&E made the announcement yesterday that a potential dry northerly wind system could trigger the PSPS, which would potentially impact 4,200 customers in portions of eight counties and two tribal communities, including seven customers in Napa County and 186 customers in Lake County. PG&E has already been sending advance notices to those who might be affected. The PSPS may start at 6 p.m. this evening. For more info, go to pge.com/pspsupdates.
