A roadway construction project in Lake County is part of the California Transportation Commission’s $3.1 billion allocation for projects to improve state infrastructure. Roadway realignment and other safety improvements along Route 20 near Clearlake Oaks to east of Walker Ridge Road in Lake County will receive $1.6 million dollars. According to TheLakeCountyNews, projects in Mendocino County will be allocated almost $40 million from the fund.
