The Fort Bragg City Council has voted to approve a Grocery Outlet at the end of South Franklin Street. The company is now authorized to obtain a Coastal Development Permit from the city, as the site is a short distance from the Noyo Harbor Bluffs. A variety of opinions were voiced during public comment. However, the council deemed the approval necessary because the store was located in an area with need.
