The Ukiah Unified School District trustees have voted to sell the Redwood Valley Elementary School property at 700 School Street. The property is about 12.4 acres and the sale will be a two part bidding process. Minimum bid is $900,000 and sealed bids must be submitted before the Board’s next meeting on August 10th. Bids will also be taken during the meeting, but must be 5% higher than the highest written bid. The school was closed in 2010 and declared surplus in 2017.
