The “Velvet Bandit” has struck again, leaving her message of “love and light” painted at the end of Hastings Road in Ukiah. The painting is the work of a Mendocino native who says she’s always loved street art and graffiti. Watch for that rainbow as you’re headed north on the 101 just before the Talmadge Road exit.
