Browning Steps Down From Lake County Board of Education After 16 Years

At it’s last meeting of 2022 on Wednesday, the Lake County Board of Education saw Dr. David Browning of Lakeport step down from his District 4 seat on the board after serving for 16 years.  The LakeCountyNews reports Board President Dr. Mark Cooper thanked Brown for his service, read a resolution honoring his service, and presented him with a framed copy. Nancy Hudson, a retired Lake County Office of Education administrative assistant was elected to succeed him.  Hudson and re-elected District 3 representative Denise Loustalot were sworn in by Dr. Cooper.  Re-elected District 5 representative Anna Rose Ravenwoode was absent from the meeting.
