PG&E Offering Expanded Resources for Customers In Case of Planned Outages

Pacific Gas and Electric Co. is offering new and expanded customer resources in case public safety power shutoffs, or PSPS, are needed this autumn. The LakeCountyNews reports This year, PG&E is providing customers with several tools to help them prepare and stay safe during a planned power outage, such as an expanded notification system, that will alert customers to upcoming events, via telephone or text message in 16 languages.
