At its meeting tomorrow morning at 9, the Lake County Board of Supervisors is expected to pass a resolution that will postpone cannabis tax payments and will hear a report from the president and chief executive officer of the Rural County Representatives of California, or RCRC and will discuss several committee and board appointments.
