Residents of new senior apartments were finally able to move into their new digs after the building was completed last month. The building on West Gobbi Street had been given a temporary certificate of occupancy in December, providing 30 affordable apartments for seniors. The complex has a variety of energy efficiency and sustainability features, including low water landscaping, LED lighting and is ready for solar.
