Mendocino County and Sonoma County officials are saying the suspicious deaths of two young women whose bodies were found four days apart near Ukiah are unrelated. The deaths of Amber Dillon of Willits and Alyssa Mae Sawdey of Ukiah are being investigated. Both sheriff’s offices say there’s lots of interest in the cases, with lots of speculation, however at this point in the investigation, there’s no reason to believe that the deaths are connected.
