With wintry weather moving into the area, holiday travel plans may be impacted. NWS is predicting some form of precipitation for much of the state through the weekend, with snow at higher elevations possible in some inland portions of Mendocino. Long term forecasts are also suggesting snow at low levels next week along the 101 corridor as far south as Mendocino and perhaps even Sonoma Counties.
