One arrest has been made in a massive theft case in Mendocino County. Authorities are looking for the other suspect. According to the MCSO, deputies responded to the area of West Road and Spring Valley Road in Potter Valley around 1:15 a.m. Sept. 25 when a resident “reported seeing a vehicle parked near mail boxes in the area and believed the occupants may have been stealing mail. A search of the vehicle revealed the identities of the two suspects, and deputies found a massive amount of mail and numerous Identification Documents, as well as numerous blank checks, a laptop computer and a portable color printer.
