PG&E is implementing a Public Safety Power Shutoff affecting about 7,100 customers in small portions of 10 counties, including Lake. The first wave of targeted safety shutoffs affecting customers in Lake County began early this morning. The safety shutoff is due to dynamic weather conditions despite earlier rain activity. In Lake County, this shutoff will impact 51 customers, 3 Medical Baseline customers. PG&E will notify customers when the weather system has passed. Restoration is expected to begin this afternoon.
