A Mendocino County Superior Court jury on Wednesday quickly found defendant Augustin Villasenor, 53, of Ukiah, guilty of misdemeanor DUI and driving with a blood alcohol concentration of .08 or greater. Villasenor crashed his vehicle into a hillside on Mill Creek Road in Talmage in May 2024. His blood alcohol was tested at .14 and .15 after his arrest.
