The Lakeport City Council will meet tomorrow at 6 p.m. City Manager Kevin Ingram will seek to authorize the Mayor to co-sign a letter with Lake County and Clearlake, asking the Governor to nominate Lake County census tracts as Opportunity Zones. Utility Director Paul Harris will also request a $350,000 fund transfer to design a domestic water main and fire suppression system for the South Lakeport waterline, and authorize Ingram to negotiate a professional services agreement for up to $350,000 for that design.
