Sunday, at around 8:00 p.m., a head-on collision occurred on the West Road offramp east of Highway 101 in Redwood Valley, north of Ukiah, according to CHP. Initial reports indicated two vehicles, identified as a white Toyota Highlander and a brown GMC Yukon, crashed after one drove the wrong way on the offramp. One person had unknown injuries, and another declined medical transport.
