A flood watch is in effect through Tuesday night for most of Mendocino and Lake counties. There will be an increased risk of flooding due to excessive rainfall. Heavy runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying areas. There will also be an increased risk of rock and landslides.
