The Clearlake City Council is set to get an update on the ongoing recovery effort for a massive sewage spill and will discuss a budget amendment to cover mid-year adjustments and a possible ballot measure regarding appointment rather than election of a city treasurer position when it meets on Thursday. A budget workshop will be held at 5 pm before the regular meeting at 6. The meeting will be broadcast live on the city’s YouTube channel or the Lake County PEGTV YouTube Channel.
