Lake County authorities continue to search for Wesley, 17, and Xavier Charlo, 15, missing since the 12th. A “feather alert” for the missing Indigenous youths was issued Jan. 14, extending into Lake, Napa, Mendocino, and Colusa counties. Wesley is 5’9″, 140 pounds, with long black hair, brown eyes, and an “A” tattoo on his right shoulder. Xavier is 5’9″, 125 pounds, with medium-length black hair and brown eyes.
