A crash in Nice Friday night killed a 23-year-old Antioch woman. The CHP found the unresponsive pedestrian on Highway 20, west of Howard Avenue; she died at the scene. Investigation revealed the woman was crossing Highway 20 in a crosswalk when she was hit by Brannon Keller, 64, of Clearlake, who did not stop or take evasive action but pulled over, called 911, and cooperated. Keller was not impaired and was released.
