A solo-vehicle crash early Monday on Highway 29 near Point Lakeview Road, near Lower Lake, led to the arrest of the driver on suspicion of DUI. According to the CHP’s Clear Lake Area office, the crash occurred around 2 a.m. when an Infiniti G35 sedan struck a tree. The vehicle’s passenger, a 15-year-old, suffered a broken leg and a head injury. The teen was transported to Adventist Health Clear Lake. The crash remains under investigation.
