Four Sacramento-area men-Demare Burgess, 30, Daniel Goodwin, 24, Tobias Menefee, 26, and Simeon Reed, 23-were arrested early Tuesday by the Lake County Sheriff’s Office for commercial burglaries in Lake and Mendocino counties. A traffic stop following burglaries at Upper Lake Grocery and Nice Dollar General recovered stolen goods and tools, linking them to a Ukiah burglary. The men face felony charges for burglary, vandalism, and possession of stolen property; most property was recovered.
