Mahima Yaqoob, 26, of Lakeport, was arrested following a violent road rage incident in Palo Alto last weekend. Police say Yaqoob rammed another car on Embarcadero Road after blocking a lane change, then assaulted the driver and a female passenger with keys and pepper-spray, exposing the man’s four children (ages 1-9). Victims received treatment. Yaqoob faces multiple felony charges.
