Governor Newsom’s office has announced $14.3 million in federal Emergency Solutions Grants (ESG) funding for 52 projects across 36 California counties to address homelessness. Administered by the California Department of Housing and Community Development (HCD), the funds support local governments and service providers, such as North Coast Opportunities, which received $280,486 for work in Lake County.
