The Clearlake Police Department is relaunching its free Police Explorer Program for local youth aged 14-20 interested in law enforcement and public safety. The program, advised by Officer Virgil Ellis, builds leadership, confidence, and teamwork through monthly meetings, hands-on experiences, real-world training (including patrol and investigative basics), and community service.
