The Clearlake Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating two missing people. First, missing since October 15, 74-year-old Lorenzo Brooks is described as a black man, 6’2” tall, 160 lbs, with gray hair and green eyes. He was last seen wearing a button-down shirt and blue jeans. Also reported missing is 39-year-old Vivian Sloan, who was in contact with family sometime in September. Vivian is a white female, 5”3” tall, 150 lbs, with short, dyed purple hair and brown eyes. If you have seen either of these missing persons, please contact Clearlake PD.
