The Lake County Registrar of Voters has announced a public manual tally at 9 a.m. on Thursday, the 20th, as part of the official canvass for the November 4 Statewide Special Election, which focused on Prop. 50. The manual tally will be held at the Registrar of Voters’ Office in Lakeport. The public is invited to observe the tally but must not interfere with the process.
