The Clearlake PD is asking for the public’s help in locating 17-year-old Stephen Johnson Jr., last seen in the area of Evans Avenue in Clearlake early last Friday. Stephen is a black male, 6feet tall, 136lbs. Anyone with information is asked to contact Clearlake Police
