The Clearlake Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating a missing man, 39-year-old Baraquiel Ruiz. Ruiz was last seen in the area of Lakeshore Drive in Clearlake. He is described as a Hispanic male, 5 feet 5 inches tall, weighing 160 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. When last seen, Ruiz was wearing a black and white checkered jacket, blue ripped jeans, and black shoes. Anyone with information is asked to contact the Clearlake Police Department.
