The Ukiah Police Department shortly before 3 p.m. yesterday sent out an alert about police activity regarding a man with a gun report at Willow Terrace in the 200 block of East Gobbi Street — located just west of U.S. Highway 101 — and asked people to avoid the area. Investigation into the incident is ongoing.
